About the Author

Dr. Bighnesh Dash is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Bhubaneswar. An alumnus of MKCG Medical College, he has spent years in the trenches of trauma surgery, fixing bones and mending wounds. Scalpel and Pen is his love letter to the life he had with his partner and family. When not in the O.T., he can be found writing poetry or exploring the nuances of medical fiction.
