Dr. Divya Singh has done her PhD in Management from Gautam Buddha
University, Greater Noida, India and MBA in (HR and Finance) from
Banasthali University, Rajasthan, India. Currently serving as an Assistant
Professor at the School of Management and Commerce, K.R. Mangalam
University, Gurugram, Dr. Singh contributes to academic development as a
member of the Board of Studies. She has qualified UGC NET- JRF in Labour
welfare and Human resource management. She has experience of more
than 5 years in academics. Dr. Singh's research interests encompass behavioural finance, financial
decision-making, sustainable investing, and the integration of fintech. She has an extensive publication
in Scopus, ABDC and peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Devkanya Gupta

Dr. Devkanya Gupta is a seasoned academician and researcher with over 15
years of experience in the field of Commerce and Management. Holding a
Ph.D. in Commerce from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, along with M.Phil.
and M.Com degrees, she has cultivated deep expertise in finance, taxation,
and behavioral economics. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at
the School of Management and Commerce, K.R. Mangalam University,
Gurugram, Dr. Gupta contributes extensively to academic governance as a
member of the Academic Council and Board of Studies, and plays a leading role in NAAC accreditation
processes. Her research interests include behavioral finance, financial decision-making, sustainable
investments, and fintech applications in commerce. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals
and has also authored books on entrepreneurship, management, and financial services. Dr. Gupta has
chaired sessions at international conferences, delivered talks as a resource person, and guided multiple
Ph.D. and MBA scholars in their academic pursuits. Recognized for her academic excellence and
leadership, Dr. Gupta has received multiple awards, including the Distinguished Women Academician
Award and the GATER International Award.
