డా. కె. ఆర్. మధు కుమార్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ విద్యుత్ రంగంలో (APSEB / APGENCO) విజయవాడలోని డా. నార్ల తాతారావు థర్మల్ పవర్ స్టేషన్‌తో సహా సుదీర్ఘకాలం పనిచేసిన ఎలక్ట్రికల్ ఇంజనీరు. రీజినల్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ టెక్నాలజీ, జంషెడ్‌పూర్ (ప్రస్తుత NIT జంషెడ్‌పూర్) పూర్వ విద్యార్థి. విద్యుత్ రంగ పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణపై చేసిన పరిశోధనకు డాక్టరేట్ పొందారు. 2018లో స్వచ్ఛంద పదవీ విరమణ తర్వాత సామాజిక, ఆధ్యాత్మిక రంగాల్లో చురుకుగా ఉన్నారు. గ్లోబల్ నాయర్ మ్యాట్రిమోనీ చైర్మన్. మలయాళంలో “పదవికల్‌క్కప్పురం ఒరు జీవితం”, “వెళిచ్చత్తిను పిన్నిలె అదృశ్య కరంగళ్” అనే గ్రంథాలు రచించారు. తొలి గ్రంథానికి ఆంగ్ల అనువాదం “An Engineer’s Journey Beyond Designations: A Memoir” పేరుతో అందుబాటులో ఉంది.

Dr. K. R. Madhu Kumar is an electrical engineer who served for many years in the Andhra Pradesh power sector (APSEB / APGENCO), including at Dr. Narla Tatarao Thermal Power Station, Vijayawada. An alumnus of RIT Jamshedpur (now NIT Jamshedpur), he holds a doctorate for his research on power sector restructuring. After voluntary retirement in 2018, he has been active in social and spiritual work and is the Chairman of Global Nair Matrimony. His Malayalam books include "Padavikalkkappuram Oru Jeevitham" and "Velichathinu Pinnile Adrishya Karangal". The English translation of his first book is available as "An Engineer’s Journey Beyond Designations: A Memoir".
