Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Bhakuni
Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Bhakuni obtained his PhD from Kumaun University Nainital in year 2010. He is presently working as Head, Department of Botany, Laxman Singh Mahar Campus Pithoragarh Uttarakhand, soban Singh Jeena University Almora. After the PhD author is actively engaged in research work on various field of Botany viz. Taxonomy, Ecology, Biodiversity and field of Economic botany. He has published more than 30 research paper in national and international journals. Author has also worked in collaboration work with forest department Uttarakhand for exploration of ferns flora of Kumaun Himalaya and authors of 07 books of UG and PG Students. He has got the prestigious certificate of merit SS Bir Medal in 2017 and Atal Bihari Bajpayi Sahitya Ratna Award in 2026. He has also got the Honorary doctorate degree in field of Academic leadership and Botanical Science by Achievers Award Council in year 2026.

Dr. Richa Punetha
Dr. Richa Punetha obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Year 2006 from Kumaun University Nainital. He is presently working as Head, Department of Botany, Anusuya Prasad Bahuguna Government Post Graduate College Agastyamuni, Rudraprayag Uttarakhand. After the Phd author is actively engaged in Exploration of Fern and Fern allies of Central Himalaya and other fields of botany. He has published more than 35 research papers in various field of botany. He is the life member of Indian Fern Society. She is the awardee of Presitigious SS Bir Medal in field of Pterdology.

Dr. J. N. Pant
Dr. J. N. Pant obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Year 2006 from Kumaun University Nainital. He is presently working as Head, Department of Botany, MB Government Post Graduate College, Haldwani, Nainital. After the Phd author is actively engaged in Exploration of Kumaun Himalaya fern and fern allies and other fields of botany. He has published more than 25 research papers in various field of botany. He is the life member of Indian Fern Society.
