Dr. Kanchan D. Ganvir is an academician with a passion for exploring the intricacies of Mechanical Engineering. She Holds Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Post graduation in CAD/CAM and Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Presently She is working as an Assistant professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Priyadarshini Bhagwati college of Engineering, Nagpur.She has delved deep into the realms of Automobile Engineering , fluid mechanics, hydraulic machines , Computer Aided Design and Engineering Graphics, having 14 years of teaching experience . She is a member of professional bodies like ISTE, AMM(IIT Madras), STAMI, IAENG.She has Published around 30 technical research papers in UGC Care, web of science and scopus indexed National and International Journals. She has Presented around 40 papers in International conference. she has guided around 60 uder graduate projectees with variety of projects focusing on innovation, developing alternative fuel, inventing sustainable solutions for environment and societal benefits. she has contributed to the advancement of knowledge by filing 7 patents out of which 2 patents are filed with the projectees.She has 3 Australian patents granted to her credits and total 7 copyrights registered and awarded from government of India. Prof. Himanshu M. Shukla is an academician having more than 10 years of experience in teaching and practicing in the field of Engineering and Management. He is a technocrat with foundation knowledge of Mechanical Engineering reinforced with the experiential garnishing of Industrial Engineering skills. He completed MBA in Finance with an urge to extend the knowledge as tool to generate wealth and employment. With a rich tapestry of accomplishments and recognition, Prof. Shukla's expertise spans across diverse areas such as Quality Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Productivity Improvement and also in emerging areas like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining. He also served as a consultant for many industries in the area of productivity improvement and Industrial Engineering. The journey of his career is with primary agenda of teaching and training the students for improving their attitude, aptitude and acumen. Prof. Shukla's passion for education extends beyond the confines of academia, as evidenced by his engaging lectures and mentorship of aspiring scholars.
