About the Author

Monica Pathak, an engineering graduate from Visveswaraya Regional College of Engineering (now VNIT), Nagpur is working with one of the leading Public Sector Undertaking at Mumbai. She has an experience of working in Corporate sector for several years. She has been felicitated with Global Changemaker Award at Bangkok, Thailand and Technology Excellence Award at Kathmandu, Nepal. Participation in several national and international training programs including United Nations Conferences evolved her as an individual. She is lifelong learner and quest for learning motivated her to acquire various qualifications in the field of Management including Doctorate. It’s belief in healing through various elements of nature inspired her to pursue Doctor of Naturopathy. She has done masters in Clinical Psychology. In the journey so far she has inspired and guided people around her for achieving their potential and work life balance. Her passion for Self-Hypnosis and Psychology has been useful in extending helping hand to the people in distress.
