Dr. Nandkumar P. Dharmadhikari is a distinguished academician and physicist, currently serving as Professor, Head of the Department, and Research Coordinator at Sinhgad Academy of Engineering in Kondhwa, Pune. With an M.Sc. in Physics (1996) and dual Ph.D. degrees, he has made significant contributions to academia, receiving awards for teaching innovation and research excellence. His extensive research portfolio spans diverse domains, and international collaborations, such as with the City University of New York, showcase his commitment to global knowledge exchange. As a lifetime member of The Indian Society for Technical Education and Secretary of the Society for Advancement of Dowsing, Pune, he actively contributes to professional societies, embodying leadership in academic organizations.

Dr. Avinash G. Kharat
Dr. Avinash G. Kharat, a graduate and postgraduate from College of Engineering, Pune, and a pioneering Ph.D. specializing in Environmental Science and Civil Engineering from University of Pune. Notably, his research delved into groundwater radiation's impact on human health. Serving in academia since 1986, he held key positions at various educational institutions, contributed over 25 research papers, secured two patents, and currently mentors the JSPM Group. Dr. Raviraj R. Sorate
Dr. Raviraj R. Sorate, renowned academician from Savitribai Phule Pune University with PhD degree in 2017.
