Dr. Parnika Kansal is an artificial intelligence researcher and a storyteller who has always been fascinated by the unseen — the hidden signals that travel silently through the air, and the quieter ones that pass between human hearts.
She holds a PhD in AI-based spectrum-sharing and cognitive-radio techniques for 5G systems from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi, and an M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from BITS Pilani. She also earned an earlier master’s degree from HBTU Kanpur, where she graduated as a university topper. Her research has appeared in leading international journals and a Springer volume, earned her three Research Excellence Awards presented by the Hon’ble Governor of Delhi, and won Best Paper honours at conferences around the world. She holds a patent in intelligent spectrum allocation, reviews for IEEE, Springer, and Taylor & Francis, and has trained with institutions including Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, and the IITs.
Yet long before the algorithms, there were stories — of light and darkness, of names lost and found, of ordinary people who turn out to be anything but.
