•Builds Calm & Focus: Gentle, actionable prompts—such as a simple breathing technique and self-reflection—encourage children to pause, de-stress, and stay grounded. This increases the capacity for love and forgiveness for ourselves and others.
Discover Mindfulness & Compassion from A to Z
•Each page introduces both a new letter paired with a core human value and a relevant couplet (sakhi) from Kabir. Brought to life with vibrant, engaging illustrations (and audio links), this book makes abstract concepts like love, respect, and mindfulness easily understandable for growing minds. It includes several animal archetypes.

Why Both Kids and Parents Love It
•Emotional Intelligence: Gently supports a peaceful mind and a kind heart by helping kids recognize, name, and understand their thoughts and emotions. Self-reflection builds positive emotions, such as altruism, empathy and gratitude, as well as appreciation for diversity and social connection.
•Perfect for Any Setting: Ideal for soothing bedtime routines, or quiet, peaceful moments at home.
