Dr. Rajmohan Sharma is Senior Assistant Professor of Political Science at Jagdam College, Jai Prakash University, Saran (Chapra, Bihar). A distinguished scholar, he has qualified the UGC-NET with JRF/SRF in Political Science and is a proud alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi University (DU), and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He holds the distinction of being a Gold Medalist in Political Science from AMU. He pursued his M.A. in Political Science from Delhi University (North Campus), followed by an M.Phil. from the Centre for Political Studies, JNU, New Delhi, and earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from AMU, Aligarh in 2017. Dr. Sharma has actively contributed to academia through Research Paper presentations at various national seminars and international conferences hosted by reputed institutions. He has also been actively engaged in organising National Seminars & Academic Talks.He has delivered several invited lectures as a distinguished speaker at universities and national institutes across India. His scholarly writings have appeared in reputed journals, and he has authored books including The Rise of OBCs in North India and Perspective on Public Administration. His areas of specialization include micro-politics, public administration, and the structures, processes, and institutions of governance in India. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Political Science Association (IPSA) and the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi.
