Dr. Rubi is a highly qualified and accomplished Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. She holds a range of impressive academic credentials, including a B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil., and a Ph.D. degree, MA Sociology, and has cleared NET in Education. With six years of teaching experience, Dr. Rubi's dedication to education extends beyond the classroom. She has authored four books on "Philosophical Foundation of Education," "Development of Education in India,", "Lifestyle Management," and “Recent Trend in Education, Research & Development in Global Scenario” for Education students. Additionally, she has contributed ten chapters to several books with ISBN and has published twelve research papers in reputable national, international, and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Rubi's expertise in academia is underscored by her patent published on "Prediction of Process Innovation of ICT as Digital Transformation using Machine Learning." Her passion for academic advancement is evident through her successful organization of numerous seminars, webinars, conferences, workshops, and guest lectures, which further enrich the academic environment at the institution.
Dr. Shalini Tiwari holds a Ph.D. in Education from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. With a NET qualification and a postgraduate degree in Political Science and history, she brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her role. Boasting five years of teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Dr. Tiwari has showcased her expertise through the publication of five research papers and the filing of five patents.
