She is currently a Professor of Management at BGS B-School, Bengaluru and a Research Supervisor at the University of Mysore, Karnataka.
A great-granddaughter of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, Dr. Sriranjani carries forward a legacy of excellence through her impactful contributions to management education and research. Her post-doctoral research reflects her strong engagement with evidence-based studies and policy-relevant research.
Her academic and professional interests span Business Analytics, Human Resource Analytics, Management Information Systems, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Data-driven Decision Making and many more. She has guided numerous postgraduate students and research scholars in producing industry-aligned and socially relevant research.
