Dr. Sahila, M.D; M.B.B.S (Sahila is her pen name) is a US trained Internal Medicine doctor. Sahila began her career as most bright young doctors do; by treating illnesses with the latest in modern medicine. But her personal experience of watching her parents suffer from painful diseases and death led her to question the modern approach to good health. While most doctors are focused on treating conditions, Dr. Sahila wondered, why isn’t there more focus on preventing illnesses? This thought process led her on a beautiful path of discovery. At the peak of her career, she quit the traditional way of practicing medicine and has since been practicing and promoting a more wholesome way to prevent illnesses. She is 45 years old and a mother of three children who makes aging look beautiful and desirable.
