The CTE National Journal: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is a peer reviewed & refereed print journal which is multidisciplinary in nature. It is published half-yearly by Council for Teacher Education Foundation (Formerly Council for Teacher Education). It intends to encourage theoretically sound and empirically strong new ideas and perspectives through research articles that include high quality conceptual / theoretical papers, review papers, empirical papers, case studies, and book reviews in the fields of Education, Management, Commerce, Economics, Sociology and Allied Areas. This journal is expected to bring researchers to a single platform enabling them to publish and exchange views, research and practices. Greater importance would be there to Multidisciplinary Research in coming days which is also made clear by New Education Policy, Government of India.
The scope of the journal is to expand the horizon of education research by publishing articles based on different perspectives using a variety of methodological approaches in conceptual, empirical, and policy-oriented researches and exploring the underlying phenomenon that would not only drive future researches but also provide solutions to the educational problems. The journal aims at publishing original research articles that explore various facets of education and provide new insights to resolve management issues on a real-time basis along with implications for the involved stakeholders. The journal welcomes applied multidisciplinary research in the allied areas of education that provide unique insights to solve contemporary educational issues. The specific aims of the journal are–

Dr. Sanjay Kumar is working with Saraswati College of Professional Studies Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a postgraduate in Education Management, Commerce and Marketing Management. He is also UGC-NET qualified in Education, Commerce and Management. He has a doctorate degree in Business and Management from JNU, Jaipur. He possesses more than 20 years of rich experience in academics, administration, research, accreditation and online education. He has contributed more than 10 research papers in UGC notified national and international journals. He has successfully conducted more than 30 online workshops on Digital skills for Teachers during 2020-21 and 2021-22. He has presented more than 5 papers in National Conferences on the topics-digital skills, virtual classrooms, digital citizenship and digital safety for teachers.He has developed an online 30 hours “Certified Digital Teacher Course” for all levels of teachers.He has also developed a one week online self learning course on Google Site for teachers.He has completed marketing research and analysis course from IIT Roorkee under NPTEL in 2017.He was gold medalist with 93% marks.He has been awarded three times for his contribution in Education and Society. He is a chief editor of a National Journal-Edulink, Secretary General, CTEF DELHI-NCR Chapter and Program Director of Social Development and Research Foundation (SDRF).
Dr. Tania Gupta is Professor & Dean, School of Education and Dean, Student Welfare K. R Mangalam University, Haryana, India. She earned her doctorate in Education (Ph.D.) and Master in Education (M.Ed.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her other professional qualifications include UGC NET Education, M.A. (Economics) and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Planning and Management (PGDEPM). During her variegated professional experience of 20 years from school to university level, she has ceaselessly endured to demonstrate exemplary leadership in creating the best learning environment and fostering a vibrant organizational culture with robust ethos, professional ethics, teamwork, discipline and safety, creativity and innovation. She has been the founder Editor of various journals of Education. There are several research papers, edited books, book chapters and patents published to her credit. Her specialization and research interests include education policy, higher education, economics of education, teacher education, inclusive education, educational leadership and management. She is Vice-Chairperson of Council for Teacher Education Foundation (CTEF), Delhi NCR Chapter & North Zone President of Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD).
