Entrepreneurship and effective communication are growing to be indispensable skills for the
students of the modern agricultural sector. Agriculture has gone far beyond traditional farming
practices. It embraces innovative techniques, agribusiness management, value addition,
marketing, and modern technologies. Entrepreneurial skills foster the growth of strong business
communication abilities among agricultural graduates in the face of dawn of time.
Consequently, Entrepreneurship and Business Communication are designed for B. Sc.
Agriculture students in the second year and according to the ICAR recommendation on syllabi
set out by the Sixth Deans' Committee
Dr. Sneha Pandey
Dr. Sneha Pandey is an accomplished academic in the field of Agricultural Economics with a strong foundation in teaching and research. She obtained her B.Sc. in Agriculture (2011–2015) from the College of Agriculture, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, followed by M.Sc. (2017–2019) in Agricultural Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. She further advanced her academic journey by completing her Ph.D. in 2022 from Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In recognition of her subject expertise and academic excellence, she qualified the ICAR-NET in Agricultural Economics in 2021. Dr. Pandey has published extensively, with 35 research papers, 17 articles, and 14 book chapters. She has also gained valuable teaching experience at the College of Horticulture, Saja, Chhattisgarh (2022–2023). She is currently serving as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the College of Agriculture, RVSKVV, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, where she has been working since 2023.
Stuti Pandey
Stuti Pandey is a dedicated research scholar at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. A prolific academic, she has qualified the UGC NET multiple times (December 2024, June 2025, and December 2025) and cleared the SET in June 2025, reflecting her deep expertise and commitment to her field. She also qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in 2021, further demonstrating her strong foundation in teaching aptitude and pedagogy. Beyond her research, she brings three years of valuable teaching experience as a Guest Faculty Lecturer at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Sakti, Chhattisgarh.
