Dr. Suman Bala, a distinguished academician, holds a Ph.D. in Education, UGC-NET in Education, M.Phil in Mathematics, M.Phil in Education, M.Sc in Mathematics, M.A. in Economics, M.Ed, and M.A. in Psychology (pursuing). She has been serving as the Regular Approved Principal of a college affiliated with Punjabi University, Patiala, since March 1, 2013. With over 28 years of rich experience in education, she spent 8 years (August 1997–August 2005) at Army School Sangrur, followed by continuous service in higher education from September 2005 onward. Under her dynamic leadership, the institute has achieved remarkable glory. She has organized numerous national seminars and conferences, publishing their proceedings to enrich the teaching community with valuable research insights. She has authored 5 books, edited 3 books, attended and presented papers at several national and international conferences, and chaired technical sessions. Additionally, she successfully organized a national seminar, workshop, and inter-college competitions sponsored by the National Commission for Women, Government of India. Her multifaceted qualifications and visionary administration continue to inspire excellence in teacher education and institutional growth.

Dr. Deepali Singla, Principal, Pine grove College of Education, Bassi, Pathana, M.F.C. M.A (English), M.A (Sociology), M.Ed, UGC NET and Ph.D (Education) has 23 years of teaching experience .She has published books on Art in Education and Inclusive Education , prescribed for B.Ed course. She has acted as a resource person in number of Educational Institutions. She has presented and published numerous papers in various National and International conferences, seminars and workshops. She has also supervised research work for M.A Education. She is a member of Academic Council , Punjabi University , Patiala . Her area for specialization includes Research in Education, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, and Guidance and Counseling. She is a big role model for those who want to take up education for growth and development and always stood for values, ethics, and morals.

Dr. Jyoti Soni serves as Principal at Shivalik Institute of Education & Research, specializing in Teaching of Mathematics. Born on February 15, 1977, she holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Ed., NET in Education, and Ph.D. She began as a Lecturer on July 4, 2005, and was promoted to Principal on December 7, 2017, with permanent appointment via University Selection Committee. Approved as Assistant Professor on September 8, 2004.
