Dr. Sunil M. Gaikwad
Dr. Sunil M. Gaikwad is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with a distinguished career in higher education. He holds a M.Sc., NET, and Ph.D. in Dairy science and has been serving as an Assistant Professor since 2003. He has made significant contributions to scientific research, with more than 50 research papers published in reputed national and international journals. His research interests encompass multidisciplinary areas, and his scholarly work has been recognized both nationally and globally. His academic excellence has earned him several prestigious honors, including the Young Scientist Award presented in Thailand and a Travel Award in Sri Lanka. He has also represented India on international platforms and has been invited as a Keynote Speaker in United States of America and Indonesia, where he shared his expertise with the global scientific community. An active participant in international academic collaborations, He has visited several countries, including Thailand, the United States of America, and Indonesia, enriching his global perspective on education and research.

Mr. Balasaheb D. Landge
Mr. Balasaheb D. Landge is presently working as a senior research fellow, in Department of Dairy Science, at Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Nanded, (MH), India. He has obtained post-graduate degree in the Dairy Science from Ma-harashtra Udayagiri Mahavidyalaya, Udgir (MH) India at SRTM University, Nanded, (MH), India. He has Seven years teaching experience at a degree college He has recipient of the Young Scientist Award (Abu Dhabi, UAE) and the Dr. V. Kurien Award (Goa, India). He is also a patent holder, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence in research and development. These achievements highlight his significant contributions to academia and scientific advancement. Currently, he is working on “Studies on Quality Aspects of Indigenous Milk product and Its Impact on Socieo-economic Status of Milk Producers in Marathwada region of Maharashtra State”. He has participated in 30 regionals, state, national and international conferences, workshops, seminars. He has published 36research and review papers in various journals of national and international repute. He has edited two scholarly books in his area of expertise.
