About the Authors

Dr. Swagatika Panda
Dr. Swagatika Panda is an accomplished academic with over 23 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy across India and Saudi Arabia. She is currently an Associate Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University Hyderabad. She holds a Ph.D. in Management specializing in consumer dissatisfaction and complaint behaviour, along with an MBA in Marketing & Management, an M.Sc. in Marine Science, a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany, and a Certificate in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Her research spans artificial intelligence in marketing, consumer behaviour, e-commerce, healthcare service quality, and supply chain analytics. Dr. Panda has published widely in reputed international journals, authored case studies and book chapters, and presented at over 20 national and international conferences. Her contributions have earned her the Best Educator Award (2023) and Best Women Faculty Award (2025). She teaches Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, International Marketing, CRM, and Sales & Distribution Management.

Dr. Ravula Ramanjaneyulu
Dr. Ravula Ramanjaneyulu is an academician with 16 years of teaching experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Analytics across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing) from Osmania University, with research focused on services discrepancy and customer loyalty in online shopping. He has taught courses including Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Retail Management, Consumer Behaviour, and Strategic Management. He integrates innovative pedagogy through simulations, case studies, live demonstrations, and experiential learning, while mentoring students in research, career development, and personal growth. Dr. Ramanjaneyulu has a strong research record with publications in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC CARE-listed journals. His works cover areas such as AI in marketing, mobile payment adoption, healthcare service quality, social media marketing, and consumer behavior.

Mrs. Geetanjali
Mrs. Geetanjali is a dedicated academician and research scholar in the field of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree from Panjab University and has qualified the UGC-NET in Commerce, reflecting her strong academic foundation and subject expertise. She is currently pursuing a Part-Time Ph.D. in Commerce at the Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University. Her academic interests include commerce, finance, accounting, management, and contemporary business practices. Passionate about research and lifelong learning, she is committed to contributing to the advancement of knowledge through scholarly research and academic excellence, with a focus on addressing emerging challenges and opportunities in the dynamic business environment.

Mr. Gourav Kamboj
Gourav Kamboj is an accomplished academician and researcher with a strong foundation in Commerce and Business Management. He holds an M.Com (Finance and Marketing) and DCAA, from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and has Gold Medalist in B.COM. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Deemed to be University Patiala Punjab and he is pursuing PhD program at LM Thapar School of Management. He has actively contributed to the academic community by presenting numerous research papers at both national and international conferences and seminars. His research work has been widely published in reputed national and international journals including ABDC and Scopus, and He has authored several book chapters in edited volumes and also working as a Reviewer of many International Journals.
