Dr. Z. Sayeedha Firdouse holds a B.Com., MBA, and Ph.D. in Management and serves as an Assistant Professor at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai. She has published research articles in Scopus-indexed journals and IEEE conference proceedings and has actively participated in national and international conferences, FDPs, workshops, and seminars. She is an NPTEL Silver Elite certificate holder with interests in management research, teaching, and continuous professional development. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is also a passionate marathon runner with 31 completed marathons and a Brown Belt in Karate. She is committed to academic excellence, student development, research, and lifelong learning.

Mrs. K. Kanthimathi holds an MBA, M.Phil., and B.Ed. and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, BIHER, Chennai with over 10 years of teaching experience. She is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and lifelong learner with a strong passion for exploring new ideas and sharing knowledge. Her academic interests include management, education, and allied disciplines. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic activities, with a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and the development of students and the academic community.

D. Praveena, MBA, UGC NET, Ph.D. (Pursuing) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, BIHER, Chennai. She has contributed to research publications, book chapters, conferences, seminars, and faculty development programmes. She actively participates in academic events, research initiatives, student mentoring, and professional development activities. She has also received recognition for her academic and literary contributions, including the Nalasiriyar Maamani Award (2024), and has participated in national-level academic and book-related events.

K. Kanimozhi, MBA, M.Phil., Ph.D. (Pursuing) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research, Chennai. She has a strong academic interest in Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, FinTech, Digital Banking, Risk Management, and Online Banking Frauds. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, academic publications, conferences, seminars, faculty development programmes, and student mentoring.
