Admissions to entry-level classes in Delhi start in the month of December every year and the process completes by the end of March. Unlike most other cities in India, Delhi has a centralized government body called the Directorate of Education (DOE), which monitors the whole admission process. All the schools need to roll out their admission forms from a specific date (set by the DOE) and accept all the forms along with photocopies of the necessary documents before a certain date (again set by the DOE). Different schools offer different methods of form distribution & collection, ranging from online to offline. Also, different schools might have a different time for distribution & collection of the admission form.
