About the Author

Aravind Jumbunathan (b. 1982) is a software professional with a deep passion for physical fitness. Having been a regular at the gym for years, he found it increasingly challenging to stay motivated in his late 30s. This led him to explore alternative fitness routines, eventually discovering yoga through online resources.

Aravind's journey into yoga was more than just a physical transformation—it became a holistic approach to life. Initially drawn to yoga as a workout, he soon realized its profound impact on the mind-body connection. Unlike other fitness routines that felt incomplete, yoga provided the missing element: the ability to train the mind alongside the body. Through breath control and meditation, he experienced a shift from body awareness to mental stillness, ultimately leading to deeper self-exploration.
