Description

Most people spend their lives carrying buckets: a job, a salary, and income that stops the moment they stop. Democratizing Wealth shows how to build a pipeline instead.
Diganta Kakati was born in Assam in 1984. His father, a school teacher, carried ten lives on one salary. Financial stress took his mother in 2005. He became a bank manager, wore the golden handcuffs, and still counted the days to payday. In 2018 he entered direct selling. A three-day training rewired his money blueprint. Daily nutrition ended years of gastric pain. By December 2019 his network income had crossed his bank salary. He resigned in January 2020, rose, watched a company collapse in 2023, and started from zero again in February 2024. His goal is clear: create 1,00,000 Wellness entrepreneurs by 2035.
This is not a get-rich-quick book. It is a practical roadmap for students, professionals, and anyone ready to leave the old script of study–job–retire.
You will learn why the Wellness Revolution is one of the great economic openings of this century; why residual income beats a salary; how linear work differs from exponential work; how an ordinary person can walk from the Self-Employed quadrant toward Business Owner; how to choose a company; the daily operating system of this profession; six critical success factors; the four pillars of freedom; digital tools for a home-based business; seven professional skills; how to rewrite a money blueprint; and the inner work of mindset, character, and Vipassana.
If you are still wearing golden handcuffs, these pages are a decision — not a decoration.
Drive the distance. Build your pipeline. Become one of the 1,00,000.

About the Author

Diganta Kakati was born on 25 May 1984 in Assam, into a family where a school teacher’s salary carried the weight of ten lives. Those early years planted two seeds that never left him: hunger to rewrite the family’s financial story, and respect for work as dignity.
He studied at Gauhati University and received his real leadership education inside Rupkonwar Jyoti Prasad Agarwala Boys’ Hostel — AT8 — where he served as Hostel Prefect. He completed his MSc in Information Technology in 2009, working part-time through long days and longer nights.
In 2005 he lost his mother to depression born of financial stress. In 2010 he became a Bank Manager at Assam Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. For nearly nine years he lived inside what looked like success and felt like golden handcuffs.
On 13 September 2018, after a Facebook post by his hostel senior Dr. Mumtaz Ali, he entered direct selling. In November 2018 he attended Millionaires Mind Lifetime with Siddharth Singh at Hotel Kiran Shree Grand — his first stay in a five-star hotel — with his wife and two-year-old son, investing ₹25,000. That training began rewriting his money blueprint.
The products first healed him. Severe gastric and acidity problems that had forced daily antacids disappeared after consistent use of Aloe Vera, Noni, and Amla. That result became product conviction.
In February 2019 he moved to OK Life Care. By December 2019 his network income had crossed his bank salary. In January 2020 he resigned from the bank. By 2021 he was recognised as an OLC Super Hero. Then, in 2023, management conflict collapsed the company. He waited, searched, and in February 2024 began again from zero with Dr. Nature Wellness Pvt Ltd. Within one year he was again among the top achievers.
On 23 December 2025 his father passed away at the age of eighty-four, having lived long enough to see the full arc — from hostel fees to bank chair to fall to comeback.
Today Diganta is a direct selling leader and trainer. He does not only sell products. He sells courage, freedom, and belief. His life goal is to create 1,00,000 Wellness entrepreneurs by 2035. He lives and works from Guwahati, Assam, and continues to build teams across the country and beyond.
