Dr. Amrut Urkude is a seasoned Business and Digital Transformation Leader with over 30 years
of cross-industry experience spanning CIO, SAP, IT, and Corporate HR leadership roles.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs, driven
SAP-enabled business modernization, and implemented robust governance, compliance, and
process excellence initiatives. He has also played a pivotal role in enabling organizational and
cultural transformation at scale. As a trusted advisor to Boards, CXOs, and promoters, he
contributes to strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
In his capacity as an Independent Director and advisor, he is actively aligned with board-level
responsibilities, contributing across areas such as corporate governance and oversight, digital
transformation strategy, enterprise risk management and compliance, data privacy and
protection under the DPDP Act and SEBI governance frameworks, as well as cybersecurity and
technology risk. Additionally, he brings strong expertise in business process optimization and
