About the Author

Dr. P. Rengarajan is a prolific content writer. He earned his MBA from the University of Pune, India, and later completed his Ph.D. in Disaster Management.

From 2015 to 2017, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management in Gandhinagar. During his tenure, he acted as a program coordinator and trainer for various disaster management courses. He had provided training to government officials, teachers, students, fire service personnel, and police officials on different aspects of disaster management. Additionally, he was also a participant in programs organized by the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) at the institute.

He has completed online certifications in disaster risk reduction from the National Institute of Disaster Management in New Delhi and Deakin University. Additionally, he has published several research papers on disaster management.
