Dr. Ramesh Laxmandas Rajani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at A.S. Mandal’s C.H.C. Arts, S.G.P. Commerce & B.B.J.P. Science College, Taloda, District Nandurbar, Maharashtra. With a strong academic foundation and over 15 years of teaching experience, he has significantly contributed to commerce education and research.
Dr. Rajani earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University (KBCNMU), Jalgaon, in 2018. His doctoral research focused on corporate finance.
Dr. Rajani’s primary research interests lie in the field of Finance, particularly in capital structure and financial model building. As a dedicated researcher, he has actively published numerous research papers and contributed additional works to reputed academic journals. He routinely participates in national and international conferences and seminars, presenting findings on diverse commerce and finance topics. Beyond academic symposia, he frequently attends specialized interactive workshops, authors comprehensive book chapters, and maintains a portfolio of informative blog posts designed to disseminate academic insights to the students.
