Namaste and welcome to all who find this book. Having traversed the kundalini journey from start
to finish, I knew that a book had to be written and I promised that whatever knowledge I gleaned
would be shared most openly. Why? Simply because kundalini is so misunderstood. I would like
to share the knowledge I have discovered through this most difficult experience.
During my journey, I searched for a teacher or a guide and found nothing except those with
theories who had read some books or were teaching methods of yoga. None of these people
were able to answer the questions that were ringing in my mind or were able to give any definitive
advice as to how to proceed. Teachings regarding chakras and energy fields, yogic postures and
theories did nothing except to confuse the issue.
Doctors and mental health professionals wanted to label and categorize. Tests were run, pills were
given, diagnosis after diagnosis appeared. With each new prescription there was simply more
toxicity, while no help was forthcoming. The health care realm simply made the process even
more unbearable.
This will not be a book on energies, chakras, theories, etc. as there are enough of those lining the
shelves of bookstores. This book will focus on my story and the stories of others, along with
knowledge from one who has transcended the path. There are answers to questions that are
being asked every day. Finally, we have the tools and ways to navigate the path to completion.
Thank you for coming and sharing this great unfolding adventure. The world is indeed changing
one person at a time. Each who completes the process successfully will find true Liberation and
the Peace Which Passes All Understanding. It IS possible.
