This book is a dream that may never become Reality. Yet I wrote it to satisfy my own imagination, so that this vision could leave my mind and find a place on these pages in the form of words. I have no formal knowledge of filmmaking, screenwriting, or the film industry. I have never even visited a film city, despite living in a city that is home to the world's largest film city. Everything presented here represents only the tiny tip of the iceberg, inspired by a lifetime of watching movies, learning through videos, and imagining how my stories might one day appear on the big screen. Like countless authors, I dream of seeing my science fiction and climate fiction series: EMM (Earth) (Moon) (Mars) adapted into a feature film one day. I believe it is a world that truly deserves a cinematic experience. Imagine a story set not in one world, but in three: Earth, Moon, and Mars. Set in the year 2169, it envisions a future in which both the Moon and the Mars, Earth's two natural satellites (moons) in this fictional universe, have naturally been Earth-like worlds since the formation of the Solar System, with land, water, air, life, and thriving human civilizations. It is a story of imagination, humanity, science, sport, adventure, and the environment on a scale that spans three worlds. Until that dream becomes reality, this is the movie... in the form of a book.
This companion book is my personal cinematic visualization of the EMM (Earth, Moon, Mars) series. It is not an announcement of an adaptation, but a creative exploration of how I imagine the novels would translate to the big screen. Within these pages, you will discover my vision for the cast, filmmakers, performances, locations, music, and the overall cinematic experience that accompanied me while writing the series. Whether or not this dream is ever realized, I wanted to preserve it here exactly as I imagined it. If it inspires readers to visualize the EMM (Earth, Moon, Mars) universe as vividly as I did while writing it, then this companion book will have fulfilled its purpose.
