Description

Every scar has a story. Every story deserves to be heard.
What happens when a thirteen-year-old girl is forced into marriage before she understands what life truly means?
হলুদ চশমার আলো is an emotionally powerful true-life literary narrative inspired by the journey of a woman who endured child marriage, domestic abuse, betrayal, poverty, and unimaginable emotional pain.
Yet this is not a story about suffering.
It is a story about resilience.
It is about a mother who refused to give up.
A woman who rebuilt her identity, protected her children, found financial independence, and discovered that hope can grow even after the darkest nights.
Written with emotional depth and vivid storytelling, this book reminds us that healing does not happen overnight, but every small step toward self-respect becomes a victory.
If you enjoy inspiring true stories, women's resilience, literary memoirs, and emotionally rich narratives, হলুদ চশমার আলো will stay with you long after the final page.

About the Author

Manas Mondal was born and raised in an ordinary family in Kolkata. From an early age, the city’s winding lanes, layered history, vibrant culture, and countless human stories became part of his imagination. Kolkata was never merely a place he belonged to. It became a quiet presence that stayed with him wherever life took him.
In 1995, he joined the Indian Navy, where he served for fifteen years. His years in the Navy shaped him with discipline, courage, leadership, resilience, and a deep sense of service to the nation. After retiring from the Navy, he worked with Reliance Industries in Jamnagar for one year and then spent fourteen years and three months in leadership roles at Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC).
After nearly thirty-one years of professional life, Manas made a conscious decision to return to his roots. He left behind the security of a successful corporate career and came back to Kolkata, the city that had remained deeply connected to his memories and identity.
Manas Mondal is the author of multiple Amazon bestselling books, and Halud Choshmar Aalo is his latest work. His writing moves across human relationships, resilience, history, memory, self-discovery, and the hidden stories that often remain unnoticed in ordinary lives. He believes that a book should not merely tell a story. It should make the reader pause, reflect, and perhaps see life through a different lens.
He is the founder of B3 Author Academy and the creator of the Million-Rupee Book Method, through which he works to help aspiring authors transform their experiences, knowledge, and ideas into meaningful books, influence, and lasting legacy.
He believes that every person carries stories within them. Some become books. Some remain memories. And some wait quietly for the right moment to be seen.
For Manas Mondal, Halud Choshmar Aalo is an exploration of life through a different shade of light. The yellow glasses are more than an image. They represent the way memories, experiences, emotions, relationships, and time can change the way we see people and the world around us.
The book looks beyond what appears on the surface and invites the reader to notice the stories hidden behind familiar faces, forgotten moments, human choices, and the quiet complexities of life.
After years of travelling through different roles, places, relationships, and experiences, Manas has come to believe that reality is rarely as simple as it first appears.
Sometimes, we do not need a new world.
We simply need a different way of looking at the one we already know.
Halud Choshmar Aalo is his invitation to do exactly that.
