One of the worst book. How they are fooling reader. It should not be any E-business site. Very bad composition.

Complete waste of money. Nothing new that wasn't available in Oracle Siebel UCM material. Bad composition, shady screenshots, no scenario based examples and very little explanation of core functionalities of UCM.
