Atif, a young MBA graduate from Khagaria,
Bihar, boards a train to Delhi for an examination he
never wanted to take. On Platform No. 4, a girl's
voice catches his attention. Her name is Zoya.
A railway adjustment at Gaya puts their families
in the same compartment. One dinner, one flickering tube light, and a night of silent gestures change Atif's life. The train journey becomes a friendship, the friendship becomes a love, and a few messages after 11:30 PM turn a chance encounter into a relationship. But love does not happen in isolation. Family, reputation, marriage, and the words “people are talking” begin to close in.
Ten years later, on the same train and the same
berth, Atif and Zoya meet again. The journey has changed them. The memory has not.
