About the Author

Menaka is a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) which is based on the work of Marshall B Rosenberg. She has attended workshops by certified NVC facilitators Miki Kashtan and Sudha Shankar, who is also her therapist and continues to attend workshops by other facilitators. Menaka is actively part of the Delhi NVC practise group starting from the end of 2017, as she chooses to live in NVC consciousness.
