Short Inspirational stories are powerful reads;
The great thing about them is that they’re so easy to digest, and there’s always a moral at the end of the story. Whether they’re true stories or not is another thing, as many of them are legends supposedly hundreds of years old.
However, the stories that I’m talking about are so powerful and motivational and inspirational that many of them really do get you thinking and even leave you speechless at times.
I am thrilled to present you the first series of my collection “The Great Motivating Stories”. This is something I have ever wanted to do so that more & more people could be benefited. I don’t know actual origin and name of writers of these stories. However, I found each & every story very useful and helpful in building character and attitude. Most of these stories can be used very well for coaching and training sessions. Based on these stories, we can have excellent interactive exercises, which can be used in assessing various attributes. Even, these can be used as Icebreakers also. I have mentioned Coaching Questions & Exercise for a couple of stories, I am sure many of you will find it suitable. I would like to request all of you to provide inputs enabling me to do better things in future. Perhaps, you would have already heard / read all / few of these stories, however, I wanted to have it in better way. I have already used few of these stories in various training programs and believe me; it helps a lot to many people in changing their attitude.
This work could have not been possible without the inputs of large numbers of professionals, it is not possible to name them and acknowledge their contribution individually. Primarily, this work could have been possible because of the strong desire of learning, improving and contributing. It is my fervent hope that this collection will lead to improved interpersonal relations and better performance at the work place, within the family and elsewhere.
With the best of learning!!!!!!!
