Sanya Godara is a BAMS scholar , research enthusiast, explorer, keen observer, and habitual reader whose interest in books gradually grew into a passion for writing.
Her journey as a writer began with her love for reading and her curiosity about people—their behaviour, relationships, beliefs, choices, and the societies they create. She has always been interested in observing what often goes unnoticed, listening carefully to what people say, and reflecting on what remains unspoken.
Her writing is shaped by curiosity and questioning. She enjoys examining familiar ideas from different perspectives and exploring the psychological and social forces that influence the way people think, connect, seek acceptance, and develop a sense of belonging.
Among the personalities who have influenced her thinking are Maharana Pratap, for his association with courage, self-respect, resilience, and commitment to principle; Lord Mahadev & Guru Jambeshwar whose symbolism and spiritual significance have shaped her understanding of strength, detachment, simplicity, and transformation; and Shri Ajit Kumar Doval, National Security Adviser to the Government of India and former Director of the Intelligence Bureau, whose public career represents, to her, ideas of national service, strategic thinking, discipline, and dedication to the country.
A researcher at heart and an explorer by temperament, she finds meaning in observing life closely and turning those observations into questions worth thinking about.
