About the Author

Sharika S Nair is a final year student, pursuing B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Trichy. Sharika is a passionate public speaker who has hosted shows during her school and college days and is the recipient of numerous awards for debates and elocutions. She is a prolific sports-person who represented her school and college at the national level badminton and table tennis tournaments. She is currently the Vice President of Lions Club International, NIT Trichy Chapter. Also she is the Head of the Publicity Department of the International Techno-management Festival of NIT Trichy (PRAGYAN). Poetry writing, public speaking and social work are her favourite hobbies. Sharika hails from Kerala and was born and raised in Saudi Arabia where her father runs his own business. She believes in the saying “Laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone.”
