A lethal weapon is invented by a lunatic scientist. Terrorists, Gangs and Secret service, all are after that invention. A secret file consists of the codes which are key to the invention. A mysterious foreign spy- Joker is able to get that file by hook and crook. The events lead all of them to land in India, where they face the spy trio- Javed Amar John, who aim to destroy any such invention.
