Dave and Laura are slowly packing up stuff and stowing it away in the parked truck. Laura picks up an old wooden chair that was a gift of their parents during their wedding ten years ago. It had so many memories but she knew it had to go. Dave isn’t as attached; he does a quick sweep of the room, checking for working utilities, broken fixtures or chipped paint.
