Vishnu Kristna writes inspirational poetry on a variety of topics. He was born in Durban and lived in Tongaat during his early years. He then moved to a small town, Ixopo, made famous by the author Alan Paton’s book, Cry, the Beloved Country. Ixopo was central in giving Vishnu his unique perspective and style of writing based on small-town living.
