"#Genocidal" gathers words against genocide, knowing well that words have never managed to neutralise the impact of a bullet, bomb or bulldozer, nor the poison of human bias and brainwashing. As evidence. As a bitter, useless refusal to let the dead be disappeared twice: first by murder, then by silence.
Maybe this book is just another wound turned monument. Maybe it’s just moral posturing for a future that will be just as indifferent as the present. But if we are doomed to bear witness in vain, then let it at least be said: "We saw. We named it. We did the barest minimum."
