Gajendra Thakur is the editor of Videha — First Maithili Fortnightly eJournal, a major public platform dedicated to Maithili language, Mithila’s literary heritage, cultural preservation, digital access, and public scholarship. His work brings together literary editing, digital archiving, Maithili cultural documentation, and open-access publication.
In the Panji Prabandha project, he has been associated with digital imaging, editorial organization, source preservation, and the wider effort to make Mithila’s genealogical and historical records accessible to readers, researchers, Panjikars, family historians, and the Maithili public.
