Description
Have you tried losing weight and failed? Did you lose weight and gain it back again? Are you struggling with motivation? Do you want to lose weight and not gain it back?
Imagine:
1. Losing weight easily and not gaining it back again.
2. Enjoying your diet without staying hungry.
3. Being able to fit in old clothes.
4. Socializing, traveling, eating outside, and still maintaining a hard-earned physique.
5. Feeling better, energetic, and positive from the inside.
The solution is very simple, but still, according to research, after 3 years of weight loss, 95% of the individuals regain weight and sometimes even more than they lost in the first place and I was one of them. The three most common problems with weight loss are:
1. Not having the right information about how to lose weight sustainably.
2. Starting a weight loss journey but getting stuck
in between and then quitting.
3. Losing weight but gaining it
back again.
I went from 110kg to 75kg and have successfully maintained it, and this book will show you how. I’ll share the evidence based strategies that I applied in my weight loss journey.
Hi there, myself Girish Rajwani. When I am not writing, fitness coaching, or coding, you will find me reading books, in the gym, learning new things, or doing yoga and meditation. And yeah, there is always a room for tea and coffee.
I started working as a software developer in 2017. After a few years of working as a software developer, I decided to explore fitness and yoga and have cleared the below certifications:
*INFS Nutritionist and fitness expert.
*INFS Exercise science specialist.
*INFS Advanced diploma in nutrition and fitness.
*YCB level 1 yoga protocol instructor.
In 2022, I became a part-time fitness coach and have coached 200+ people till now. In the same year, I started reading one book and from there, my hate for reading books vanished and my love for books grew so much that I decided to write a book and now became an author. This is my first book BTW. In 2023, I started loving yoga, pranayam, and meditation because it helped me a lot in loving myself more and managing overthinking.
I believe that problems and challenges that come in your life are opportunities and blessings in disguise. You might not see them as opportunities and blessings when you are dealing with them but sooner or later you will get to know that they are a blessing. I was a fat boy since childhood and this allowed me to transform myself and become a fitness coach. I didn’t like reading but one book made me fall in love with books and allowed me to become an author. The overthinking made me learn about yoga, and meditation and pursue yoga certification. Even if you don’t find problems and challenges as opportunities and blessings, then still you have the ability to convert those problems and challenges into opportunities and blessings.
