Hakar Abdulkarim Findi, brief name (Hakar Findi) or (Hekar Findî), is a Kurdish author, journalist and university lecturer.
- He graduated from College of Law- UoD, he got high diploma in the role of International Organization in Humanity law from Abeda Inamdar Senior College – University of Pune, and Master degree (LL.M) in Media and International Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formally University of Pune) Maharashtra, India.
- Hakar has diverse activities: In the field of journalism: he is a member in Kurdish Center - International PEN (PENa KURD), International Federation of Journalists, Kurdistan Journalist’s Syndicate, Kurdistan Lawyer Syndicate, Kurdistan Jurists Union, beside corresponding a lot of media agencies.
