Description

Are you constantly striving, achieving, and improving — yet still feel like something is quietly missing?

If you have ever felt the exhausting weight of not-quite-enough, spent years chasing a version of yourself that always feels just out of reach, or wondered why peace, self-worth, and genuine contentment remain so difficult to hold onto — Wholeness Before Completion was written for you.

Wholeness Before Completion — Sampoorna, the Sanskrit word for absolute wholeness and completeness — is a groundbreaking self-help and personal growth book that bridges the timeless intelligence of ancient wisdom with the precise insights of modern psychology. Written for deep thinkers, spiritual seekers, and anyone on a genuine journey of inner healing, self-discovery, and emotional well-being, this book offers the one truth most personal development books never stop long enough to share:

You are not a work in progress. You are already whole.

What This Book Explores:

1. The hidden psychology of why we feel perpetually incomplete — and where it truly begins
2. How ancient Eastern wisdom traditions and contemporary psychology together illuminate the path to authentic wholeness
3. The invisible pressures, childhood conditioning, and inner narratives that quietly shape our self-worth, relationships, and life choices
4. Why achievement, external validation, and self-improvement alone can never deliver lasting inner peace
6. How to heal the inner narrative, reconnect with your authentic self, and return — gently and permanently — to the wholeness that was always yours
7.The sacred balance between being and becoming — and how to live from a place of genuine presence, purpose, and self-love

Why Wholeness Before Completion Is Different:

This is not a book of quick fixes, toxic positivity, or surface-level affirmations. Wholeness Before Completion is a deep, literary, and profoundly human exploration of the inner life — written with rare honesty, philosophical depth, and the warmth of someone who has genuinely lived what she writes.

Drawing from the wisdom of ancient Vedic and Eastern philosophical traditions, Jungian psychology, positive psychology, attachment theory, and mindfulness research, Wholeness Before Completion speaks to the whole person — mind, body, and soul.

Wholeness Before Completion Is Perfect For You If You Are:

1. Seeking inner peace, self-acceptance, and genuine emotional healing
2. Tired of self-help books that focus on doing more and becoming more
3. Interested in the intersection of spirituality, ancient wisdom, and modern psychology
4. On a journey of self-discovery, personal transformation, or spiritual awakening
5. Struggling with self-worth, perfectionism, anxiety, or the feeling of never being enough
6. Looking for a mindful, soulful, and intellectually rich approach to personal growth

Readers of Wholeness Before Completion Will Discover:

1. Why wholeness is not a destination to reach but a truth to recognise
2. How to break free from the cycle of achievement-based self-worth
3. The ancient and modern science of coming home to yourself
4. Practical wisdom for healing relationships, inner narratives, and the deepest layers of the self
5. What genuine stillness, solitude, and self-love actually feel like — and how to cultivate them
6. You have spent years becoming. This book invites you to simply, finally, be.

Wholeness Before Completion is the book that brings you home — to the self that was always whole, always present, and always waiting to be remembered.

Wholeness was never ahead of you. It was always within you.

About the Author

Himanshi Lastami is a 23 yo old author, likes to write about her insights she acquires from deep silence. By consciously stepping away from the chaotic noise of the everyday world, she
deep dive into the profound depth of deep stillness, using her writing to share the profound wisdom born from that silence. She has always lived at the intersection of the ancient and the contemporary — and she has come to believe that this is exactly where the most honest understanding of human life is found.

She was always curious since childhood about different religions, Spirituality, different human behaviours and how nature works, she grew up with this curiosity where questions about the nature of existence were not unusual things to ask at all — they were simply part of her daily life and deep research through different mediums. That early immersion in ancient wisdom did not fade as she grew. It deepened, and it broadened, reaching outward to embrace the insights of modern psychology with the same earnestness it had always brought to the sacred texts and teachings of the East.

Himanshi is, at her core, a seeker of true knowledge. Not information, not opinion, not the kind of understanding that reassures without illuminating — but the real thing. The knowledge that changes the quality of how you live. She is drawn, above all, to the question of purpose: why we are here, what life is genuinely asking of us, and what it means that the universe moves the way it does —The knowledge of why we suffer and how we heal. The knowledge of what the universe is actually doing when it does what it does. The knowledge of purpose — behind a single human life, behind each of its seasons with such precision, such pattern, such apparent intention beneath the surface of what appears to be ordinary chance. She is, by her own quiet admission, in love with stillness. Not as a concept or a discipline, but as a living reality she has returned to, again and again, across her life till now. She loves it because in stillness, the performance stops. She loves stillness because it keeps returning her to herself — to the version of herself that exists beneath the noise, beneath the roles, beneath the story. And the love of stillness is, at its root, the love of that discovery made over and over again. Stillness, she has discovered, does not need to be created. It only needs to be uncovered.
