Description

You know what are the worst advices given to maximum people, Follow your passion, be motivated and you will achieve your dreams or just work hard and you will achieve everything. Every other motivational speaker talks about this. They want to light a spark and no idea how to help someone when they lose that spark.

This is not just another self help book that tells you to visualise your dream life and think positive. It is a hard, honest, practical guide for anyone who is done drifting and ready to build something real, starting with themselves.

This book is written from failure and not podium. Thats enough to know everything is real.

The author spent 9 years building a business from nothing. At 31, she had walked away from it. She lost a lot especially her Identity. What she built in the silence that followed is what the book is about. A step by step guide and understanding in details how you can also build yourself no matter in what phase of your life you are in.

Inside you will find 9 principles that actually work:
* How to see yourself honestly, including the parts you have been avoiding.
* How to define values you actually chose, not ones handed to you.
* How to stop blaming and owning your life, letting go of that guilt.
* How to build discipline that doesn't rely on motivation.
* How to deeply feel without being ruled by your emotions.
* How to act despite fear.
* How to rise from failure.
* How to find purpose when passion has failed you.
* How to lead and influence simply by being who you are.

This book is for you if :
You have read self - help books. You have watched multiple videos. You have written goals and you still feel like something fundamental is missing. Like you are performing instead of actually living and building..

You are not broken. You have just been given a wrong map.

No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just honest, tested, hard-won truth about what it actually takes to build a life on purpose.

About the Author

Ishita Banerjee is a professional trainer, behavioural change specialist, built on the principle that lasting transformation begins from within.
A natural leader from an early age, Ishita has held leadership roles throughout her academic and personal life from serving as a school prefect to leading performing arts groups in college. At 22, she started her first business, which she built and scaled over nine years before making the difficult decision to walk away from it which was followed by numerous personal challenges and mental breakdown.

It was that experience the loss, the rebuilding, and the deep inner work that followed that became the foundation of her methodology. Drawing on her personal journey through pain and reinvention, as well as her ongoing study of neuroscience and behavioural psychology and most importantly Vedic literature that helped her rebuild herself. Ishita developed a framework that addresses what most people overlooks: that 70% of meaningful change is internal, rooted in mindset, belief systems, and neural patterns and only 30% is external skill development.
Ishita is currently rebuilding Root Rise and writing from the front lines of her own reinvention. This book is drawn entirely from lived experience not theory making her a uniquely credible and authentic voice in the professional and personal development space.
