Description

What if the loudest conversations of your life were the ones that never left your mind?

निशब्द मन is not a book that tells you how to live. It is a book that gently asks why you became the person you are today.

We often believe our lives change because of the big moments a heartbreak, a betrayal, a success, or a loss. But what if the real story began much earlier? What if your identity was shaped by forgotten afternoons, unfinished conversations, careless sentences, and silent expectations that slowly became your reality?

Blending psychology, philosophy, and deeply emotional storytelling, निशब्द मन explores the invisible world within us the memories that refuse to fade, the emotions we never learned to name, the expectations we quietly inherited, and the versions of ourselves we built simply to survive.

This is not a book about fixing yourself.

It is about understanding yourself.

Across its chapters, you'll question why we hide our pain from the people we love, why the mind keeps returning to old memories, why silence sometimes speaks louder than words, and why we spend years chasing dreams that may never have been ours. Every page is designed to feel less like a lecture and more like an honest conversation one that lingers long after you've closed the book.

If The Book of Over-love explored the pain of loving someone else too deeply, निशब्द मन takes you on a journey toward understanding the person you've spent your entire life living with you.

Some pages may comfort you.

Some may unsettle you.

Some may make you close the book for a while, simply to sit with a thought.

Because not every truth is meant to be read quickly.

Some truths are meant to be felt.

If you've ever smiled while hiding a storm, replayed a conversation that ended years ago, questioned your own identity, or searched for words that never seemed enough, this book was written for you.

Perhaps you won't finish निशब्द मन with all the answers.

But you may finally understand why some questions never stopped following you.

And perhaps, by the final page, you'll discover that the loudest part of your life was never your voice—

it was your निशब्द मन.

About the Author

Sanjeev Jangid is a young Indian author, law student, and thinker from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Currently pursuing his law degree until 2029, he is deeply interested in psychology, philosophy, human behavior, and the silent patterns that shape the way people think, love, remember, and heal.

His journey as a writer began with a simple observation: people often speak the most, yet reveal the least. Fascinated by the gap between what people say and what they truly feel, Sanjeev started exploring emotions through writing. His work blends psychological insights, philosophical reflections, and everyday human experiences into narratives that encourage readers to pause and look inward.

His debut book, The Book of Over-love, connected with more than 12,000 readers, earning appreciation for its honest exploration of love, heartbreak, attachment, and emotional healing. Encouraged by the response, he continued writing with a broader vision, leading to निशब्द मन (Nishabd Man) a book that explores the invisible architecture of the human mind, including memory, silence, identity, emotions, and the conversations that never find words.

As a law student, Sanjeev's academic journey has strengthened his ability to question perspectives, analyze human decisions, and understand the complexities of truth and perception. These influences naturally find their way into his writing, giving his work a reflective and thought-provoking voice.

Rather than offering motivational advice or definitive answers, Sanjeev believes that the most meaningful books leave readers with better questions. His writing is intended to feel less like a lecture and more like an honest conversation one that stays with the reader long after the final page.

Through his books, he hopes to remind people that behind every smile is a story, behind every silence is a conversation, and behind every person is a mind waiting to be understood.
