She is housewife by role and insurgent by ritual. She can proudly say that, being housewife is not a diminishment. It is a domain. She rules it with ladles and ink, writes between simmering pots and sleepless nights.
For a season she wore corporate halls like a borrowed skin. The air was recycled. The hours were not her own. But under the name Chikun Panda, she was already practicing resurrection — co-author and co-compiler of various anthologies, she gathered other women’s confessions while her own grew teeth.
