Maa Sudeshi Buddha was born on 4 February 1953 in Amritsar, Punjab, India. She studied Music and Philosophy at B.B.K. D.A.V. College, Amritsar. On 25 November 1975, she married Advocate Subhash Khanna.

Her spiritual journey began in 1976 when she came into contact with her Master, Osho. She took sannyas on 19 September 1983 and met Osho in person for the first time on 31 December 1985 in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. Following years of deep meditation and inner transformation, she attained enlightenment on 18 March 1989. In 1991, she experienced what she describes as a celestial announcement from her Master, Osho, affirming the direction of her spiritual work.

Since then, Maa Sudeshi Buddha has devoted her life to sharing the transformative power of meditation and inner awareness through Osho's meditative approach.
