born not from philosophy alone, but from lived experience. In this
deeply personal work, Maa Sudeshi Buddha shares the wisdom
gained through decades of meditation, self-discovery, healing, and
her transformative journey under the guidance of her Master,

Exploring the timeless questions of human Existence—Who am I?
What is life? What is love? What is death?—The book leads readers on
an inner pilgrimage beyond fear, suffering, and attachment. It
offers practical meditation techniques, healing methods, self-
