About the Author

Maneesh Konkar: Business Consultant, motivational speaker and trainer runs Direction One Consulting that advises companies on sales, negotiations & leadership development. He is an MBA from IIM Bangalore (1995) and is a great believer in living a life of passion. Starting with an assignment for TCS in 1999, he has trained thousands of young leaders in companies like ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, naukri.com, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Godrej, ITC and many more. In 2017 he founded his elearning company www.directiononeonline.com which is taking quality management education to the masses. He is also a visiting faculty at S P Jain & has been an interview panelist at IIMB multiple times. He lives in Mumbai with his wife Rupali and two kids Mallika (18) and Sidharth (15).
