Essence of My Days is an undated journal for capturing an entire day in just two things: one colour and one word.

Not your mood. Not the best moment. Not the worst one. The whole day.

A fight in the morning, a ridiculous phone call and an excellent dinner might become yellow and bittersweet. Tomorrow, that same yellow might mean joy. There is no colour key and no right answer.

Across the year, the pages gradually become a visual record of the colours and words you kept reaching for, with occasional free pages for days when one word simply refuses to do the job.

Simple enough to use every day. Interesting enough to look back on.
