Gourav Kamboj is an accomplished academician and researcher with a strong foundation in Commerce and Business Management. He holds an M.Com (Finance and Marketing) and DCAA, from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and has Gold Medalist in B.COM. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Deemed to be University Patiala Punjab and he is pursuing PhD program at LM Thapar School of Management. He has actively contributed to the academic community by presenting numerous research papers at both national and international conferences and seminars.
Dr. Manju Devi
Dr. Manju Devi is an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Government College for Women (GCW), Karnal. With a strong academic background in Human Resource Management, she brings expertise in worker participation and organizational behavior to the classroom. Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, GJU S&T, Hisar, Haryana School of Business, M. Com, Kurukshetra University (KUK), Commerce Department, MA Economics, with a strong foundation in economic principles and analysis, NET/JRF Qualified, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to academic excellence Skills: Strong understanding and application in real-world settings, Excellent skills to facilitate effective learning and collaboration.
Mr. Shardendu Bhushan Sinha
Mr. Shardendu Bhushan Sinha is an Assistant Professor at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida, with over 15 years of academic experience in the fields of Marketing and Human Resource Management. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Marketing and has research interests in consumer behavior, digital marketing, sustainable consumption, human resource practices, and general management. Mr. Sinha has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and has contributed chapters to edited books in the area of management studies. He actively participates in academic research, curriculum development, faculty development programs, and industry–academia initiatives. His teaching and research efforts focus on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical business applications.
Ms. Rajni Vats
Ms. Rajni Vats is an accomplished academician and researcher with over ten years of experience in higher education and Human Resource Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Tilak Raj Chadha Institute of Management and Technology, Yamunanagar. She holds an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management and Finance, along with a Master’s degree in Economics, and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Economics. Ms. Vats has made significant contributions to research through multiple publications in reputed SCOPUS and UGC CARE indexed journals, along with a book chapter published by Bloomsbury Publications.
